Handcrafted silver rings at ₹6,000 to ₹7,000: from a paused ad account to ₹3.5 lakh months before the festive season
₹1.8L to ₹3.5L a month in 90 days at 3.6x Meta ROAS, from a paused account
Where they started
A solo founder who designs, sells, posts and answers customers herself. Hallmarked 925 silver rings, handmade after the order is placed, at "around 6, 7000 rupees" each (26 August 2026 call). Earlier agencies "were not providing me any orders like for a week or something", so she paused advertising; when Monastic Media began, "this is like totally starting from the scratch again" and the pause had damaged pixel data (24 July 2026 call). Fee: ₹1,08,000 a quarter for performance marketing plus 2% of sales (invoice 27 May 2026; contract). Not an anti-tarnish brass brand and no moissanite: buyers want "sparkly stones" and "designer pieces" and accept a seven-day wait (onboarding form, 29 May 2026).
What Monastic Media did
- Rebuilt the account on product-only creatives and carousels, changed the moment they stopped converting; the media buyer advised against UGC for this brand because product-only content was what converted (24 July 2026).
- Framed rings at ₹6,000 to ₹7,000 as handcrafted, made to order, hallmarked silver, so price was never the objection (26 August 2026).
- Leant on engraved and personalised rings in ads because, as the founder relayed from the team, "that is not what other companies are doing right now".
- Scoped a WhatsApp abandoned-checkout programme from 1 August; backed the founder's August offer — a complimentary pouch with two rings — with dedicated ads to push prepaid orders; a 5% prepaid discount now sits on the storefront.
- Scaled spend only as ROAS held: ₹53,017 → ₹77,399 → ₹1,19,709 across June, July and August; in August scoped a US launch (ASP $150 including shipping) with a pricing and competitor analysis before any spend.
What changed
- Store revenue: ₹1,80,716 (June 2026) → ₹2,48,137 (July) → ₹3,51,395 (August).
- Orders: 28 → 47 → 70. Cost per order ₹1,893 → ₹1,647 → ₹1,710. Daily orders moved from "2 to 5" to "3 to 5" between the two review calls.
- Meta-attributed revenue ₹1,25,561 → ₹2,42,134 → ₹4,31,990; Meta ROAS 2.37x → 3.13x → 3.61x.
- Average order about ₹5,000 in August (derived: ₹3,51,395 ÷ 70).
- Honest note: 1 to 13 September 2026 was slow — ₹43,089 on ₹29,031 of spend, eight orders (sheet).
The target, as the client stated it
24 July 2026: "2.5 lakhs this month and 5 lakhs in next 3 months" — July closed at ₹2.48 lakh (met within ₹2,000); the August target of ₹3 lakh was "already more than 3 lakhs" by 26 August (reached); ₹5 lakh by October — not yet (August ₹3.51 lakh). Longer goal: "10 orders per day in next few months" (26 August) — not yet.
Status: on track.
The question this answers
"Your example is silver, we are gold / a different price segment" and "can you sell a ₹6,000 ring on Meta without discounting it to death?" — segment named: silver, handmade, ₹6–7k, seven-day lead time; product creative and a craftsmanship story, from a cold restart.
