9.2x ROAS is a number that makes people suspicious. It should. Most agencies won't quote it because clients think it's made up. We're sharing it here because it's real, it's documented, and there's a specific reason it happened. This is the story of the brand where we stayed patient, scaled slowly, and only pushed the budget on what had already proven itself.
Two freelancers. Eight months. The same result each time: ROAS starts at 2-3x, declines within 30 days, and goes flat. When we inherited this skincare brand's ad account, it was the most chaotic account structure we had seen in years. 23 campaigns. A policy violation from 4 months ago is still sitting unresolved. Audiences cannibalizing each other. And a founder who was close to writing off paid ads entirely. We had 6 weeks to prove her wrong.
₹25L a month is a good business. Most fashion founders would be happy there. This one wasn't. She knew she was leaving money on the table but couldn't figure out where. Her ads were 'working'. Her products were selling. Her ROAS was a stable 3.1x. Everything was fine. Fine was the problem.
The brand was doing ₹10L/month and thought their ROAS ceiling was around 2.8x. They had been told by a previous agency that 'jewelry is a tough category on paid ads' and 2.5-3x is 'about as good as it gets'. That was wrong. Three months later they were at ₹42L/month and 4.7x ROAS. The difference was UGC.
Launching a skincare brand into a cold Meta audience with zero reviews, zero brand awareness, and a ₹30L month-1 target sounds unreasonable. It is, unless you solve the trust problem before you spend a single rupee on ads. That's what we did. And it worked.
This one almost didn't happen. The founder had spent ₹1.4L on Meta ads the previous month, gotten 226 orders, and was ready to give up on paid advertising entirely. CPP of ₹620 on jewelry priced at ₹600-₹1,200 doesn't work mathematically. She came to us for a second opinion. By day 60, CPP was ₹219 and revenue was ₹19L. Here's what changed.
₹1Cr in a month from Meta ads alone. No influencers, no TV, no celebrity endorsements. Just a well-structured ad account, a strong product, consistent creative, and a team that knew how to scale without breaking ROAS. This is the story of how an ethnic wear brand went from ₹18L to ₹1Cr a month in 5 months.
When a brand is already doing ₹8L a month, it's tempting to think the hard part is over. It isn't. Scaling from ₹8L to ₹40L is harder than scaling from ₹0 to ₹8L, because the mistakes are more expensive and the problems are less obvious. This brand came to us with a plateau they couldn't break through, an ad account they had been running themselves, and a strong belief that the issue was their budget. It wasn't.
Most new brands take 3-4 months to figure out what works on paid ads. This jewelry brand didn't have that luxury. The founder had put her savings into the first inventory run and needed the brand to start generating revenue fast. Not eventually. Fast. When she came to us, the Shopify store had zero orders, zero reviews, and zero-pixel data. We had 45 days to change that.
