Context
Where the brand stood
A newly launched imitation jewellery brand came to us with good designs, steady income and founders who cared about what they made. They were not struggling. Revenue had simply flattened at ₹50,000 a month, and they wanted more.
We worked with them for three months and shared the story on our LinkedIn page in January 2025.
Problem
What was holding it back
In the founders' words: "We're putting in so much effort. From ad campaigns to sales, we've tried everything. But the results just don't add up."
Effort was not the issue. The pieces did not work together. Campaigns were scattered, the messaging changed from ad to ad, and the audience did not feel connected to the brand.
What we did
What we changed
Found the brand voice
We asked what made them start, who their ideal customer was and what they wanted a piece to make someone feel. The answer became one story about style, confidence and individuality.
Ads that tell a story
Instead of plain product ads, each ad showed a piece in someone's life: a necklace for a milestone, earrings for an ordinary day, a bracelet worn like a charm.
Fixed the funnel
We simplified the site navigation, added personal touches and cut cart abandonment with timely reminders.
Built for repeat buyers
We added email sequences, offers for repeat buyers and a loyalty program to bring customers back.
Tested small, then scaled
Month 1 was small campaigns and creative tests to learn which products and messages sold. In Month 3 we put more behind the best ads, refined the site again and launched a new collection with its own campaign.
The numbers
How to read these numbers
The chart shows the three revenue figures we shared. Before we started, the brand made ₹50,000 a month. By Month 2 revenue was ₹2,35,000. By the end of Month 3 it was ₹7,44,121.
Our website page gave two more figures alongside the ₹7.44 lakh result: over 36,000 store sessions and 311 orders.
Result
Where it ended up
Three months in, the brand had gone from ₹50,000 a month to ₹7,44,121. The founders stopped seeing themselves as just another jewellery brand.
For founders
What it means for a founder
Effort and alignment are different things. If you are doing a lot and the numbers do not move, check whether your ads, your messaging and your site tell the same story.
Spend the first month learning. Small tests show which products and messages sell before you put money behind them.
Think about the second order from day one. Email, repeat-buyer offers and a loyalty program keep the customers you paid to win.
