Context
Where the brand stood
A brand new personal care client came to us small, with no big following and a product few people had heard of. There was no loyal customer base to build on. We were starting fresh.
We shared the result on our LinkedIn page in January 2025.
Problem
What was holding it back
An unknown product in a market full of competitors. The brand was keen but unsure, and had no idea how far it could go.
With no existing buyers to sell to again, every order had to come from people meeting the brand for the first time.
What we did
What we changed
Knew the buyer
We looked past basic demographics at what moved people and what problems they wanted solved, and split the audience on that.
Sold the story
Each campaign tied the product to how it could make someone's life better, not only to what it does.
Took creative risks
No bland, cookie-cutter content. We made bold visuals and messages built to make people stop and act.
Let the data steer
We watched every step, refined what worked, and used each new read on the numbers to decide how far to scale.
The numbers
How to read these numbers
Orders started to pick up by day five. Then came a surge: one day brought 10,277 orders and ₹46,52,180 in sales.
The chart shows that single day, the one order count we published for this story.
Result
Where it ended up
A brand that started with no following and no customer base reached 10,277 orders in a single day.
For founders
What it means for a founder
You do not need an audience to start. This brand had none. It needed buyers who understood why the product mattered to them.
Know why people buy before you write the ad. Segment on what moves people and what they want solved, not only on basic demographics.
Let the numbers decide when to scale. We put more behind what the data showed was working.
