Context

Where the brand stood

On 1st November we started working with a homeware brand that had made ₹40 lac a month, every month, for months. The founders wanted ₹70 lac a month and could not close the gap.

Their message to us was simple: "We need a partner who can help us grow, not just promise results." We shared what happened on our LinkedIn page in January 2025.

Problem

What was holding it back

Three things kept the brand flat. Ads ate budget without bringing returns. The funnel did not turn interest into sales. And there was no way to scale spend without losing money.

This was not a matter of tweaking ad spend or redesigning one landing page. The whole performance marketing setup had to be rebuilt.

What we did

What we changed

  1. Read every number first

We went through their data click by click to find weak channels, leaks in the funnel and gaps in who the ads reached.

  2. Rebuilt the funnel

We rebuilt the path from ad to checkout: creatives made for specific buyer types, retargeting for people who did not buy the first time, and landing pages that spoke to buyers' problems.

  3. Scaled in steps

In the second week we started raising spend, step by step, and kept ROAS healthy as we went.

The numbers

How to read these numbers

The chart shows the two monthly figures we shared: ₹40 lac a month before we started, and ₹1 Cr for the month that ended on 30th November.

Over the same 30 days ROAS improved by 45% and customer acquisition cost dropped by 18%. We did not publish the starting ROAS or CAC, so we show only the change.

Result

Where it ended up

The founders had asked for ₹70 lac a month. By 30th November the brand had closed the month at ₹1 Cr, with ROAS up and acquisition cost down.

For founders

What it means for a founder

If revenue has been flat for months, find the leak before you add budget. Here the leaks were in the ads, the funnel and the audience.

Scaling is not pouring more money into ads. It is knowing when, where and how much to add. We waited until the second week.

Watch ROAS and acquisition cost while you scale, not after. Both moved the right way here as revenue rose.
