Homeware case study: over ₹7.5 Crore in sales and 130,654 orders in nine months
Case study
What changed
We published one total for the nine months, not a month by month split, so the chart shows that total only.

Context
Where the brand stood
At the start of 2024 we began working with a homeware brand that sold online as a dropshipping store. It had a solid product line, an established customer base, decent traffic and steady sales.
The founders came to us in January 2024 wanting to scale up. We shared the results on our LinkedIn page in January 2025.
Problem
What was holding it back
Nothing was broken, and that was the trouble. Sales were fine but nowhere near the mark the founders had in mind. The store sat in the good enough zone, getting by without growing.
What we saw was not a lack of potential. It was a lack of strategy: ads and the website were running, but nothing tied them to where the founders wanted to go.
What we did
What we changed
Listened before touching anything
Before changing the ads or the website, we sat down with the team to hear their story, their problems and what they wanted the brand to become.
Tightened the ad campaigns
We worked through their ad campaigns in detail and made every one earn its spend.
Rebuilt the path to purchase
We redid the customer path on the website so it was easy to move around and easy to buy from.
Let the data pick the moves
We used the numbers to choose each change, then kept tweaking, testing and learning.
Did not rush
We grew the store step by step through the year instead of chasing one quick spike.
The numbers
How to read these numbers
We shared two numbers for this store: total sales and total orders from January to September 2024. Sales came to over ₹7.5 Crore across 130,654 orders.
We did not publish a month by month split, so the chart shows the nine month total only.
Result
Where it ended up
By September 2024, nine months after the founders came to us, the store had done over ₹7.5 Crore in sales and 130,654 orders.
For founders
What it means for a founder
Steady sales can hide a strategy gap. If your numbers are fine but flat, look at how your ads and your website work together before you add budget.
Fix the path to purchase as well as the ads. More traffic into a store that is hard to use wastes the spend.
Scale takes time. This result came from nine months of steady work, not one big campaign.
Questions
Questions founders ask
Which ad platform was this on?+
We did not name a platform when we shared this story. The work covered the ad campaigns, the website path to purchase and the use of data to choose each change.
