Context
Where the brand stood
An apparel brand came to us making ₹4.5L a month. It had good designs, a small but loyal customer base and founders with plenty of drive.
They did not want another agency. They wanted a partner, and they told us they were ready to break through. We worked with them for 6 months and shared the story on our LinkedIn page in January 2025.
Problem
What was holding it back
Growth was stuck in neutral. When we looked closely, three things held the brand back.
The website worked but did nothing to sell. The ads were scattered and nothing stuck. The messaging was quiet and got lost in the crowd. The base was there; it needed a better shop window and a louder voice.
What we did
What we changed
Rebuilt the website
We made the site faster, redid the design and smoothed the navigation, so it could sell, not just work.
New ads with a clear ask
We replaced plain banners with campaigns that had warmth, some humour and a call to action people acted on.
Gave the brand a voice
We told stories instead of only listing products, and built a brand voice that turned buyers into repeat fans.
The numbers
How to read these numbers
The chart shows the monthly revenue figures we published. The brand started at ₹4.5L a month. In Month 1 that became ₹8L. In Month 3 revenue went from ₹10L to ₹20L. By Month 6 it was ₹37.2L.
Our website page also listed campaign figures: ₹6.97 lakhs in ad spend, 1,545 purchases and a ROAS of 4.75. We did not say which months those figures cover, so we keep them apart from the monthly revenue line.
Result
Where it ended up
Six months after the brand came to us, it was doing ₹37.2L in monthly revenue, up from ₹4.5L when we started.
For founders
What it means for a founder
Check whether your website can sell before you spend more on ads. Here the site was the first fix.
Scattered ads teach you nothing. Campaigns with one clear voice and one clear ask are easier to read and easier to scale.
Watch the run of months, not one month. This brand moved from ₹4.5L to ₹8L, then ₹20L, then ₹37.2L.
