Context
Where the brand stood
A clothing brand called us on 15th November. They were doing ₹7 lakhs a month and wanted ₹15 lakhs a month.
They wanted more than a number. They wanted the brand to be known and liked. We shared what happened on our LinkedIn page in January 2025.
Problem
What was holding it back
The brand had the right products, a clear idea of where it wanted to go and plenty of drive. Its message was not reaching the right people.
The visuals were good, not great. The ads showed clothes but gave people no reason to act now.
What we did
What we changed
Asked three questions
We asked what makes them different from the competition, who their ideal customer is and where they want the brand to go. The answers shaped everything after.
Redid the creatives
We made ads that were bright and emotional and showed the confidence of wearing the clothes, not just the clothes.
Narrowed the audience
We built campaigns on interests, demographics, behaviour and psychographics to reach people who see fashion as part of who they are.
A reason to buy now
Every campaign carried an exclusive offer and a clear call to action. We also replied to comments, shared behind-the-scenes content and built a community around the brand.
Pushed harder after Week 1
Sales were rising by Week 1, so we added more content, more targeted ads, more exclusive offers and retargeting for people who had shown interest but not bought.
The numbers
How to read these numbers
The brand made ₹7 lakhs a month before we started and asked for ₹15 lakhs a month. In the 15 days from 15th to 30th November, revenue came to almost ₹28 lakhs.
The chart puts the two figures side by side as we published them. The first is a full month. The second is 15 days.
Result
Where it ended up
By 30th November the brand had passed the ₹15 lakhs it asked for and reached almost ₹28 lakhs in 15 days. It came out of those two weeks with a stronger customer base and a clearer direction.
For founders
What it means for a founder
Tell your agency the number you want. This founder asked for ₹15 lakhs a month, which told us how hard to push from day one.
Good visuals are not the same as visuals that sell. Show what it feels like to use the product, not just the product.
Early momentum is a signal to push. We added content, ads, offers and retargeting the moment sales started rising.
